Refresh read-only status

Can you refresh the read-only status of files regularly in OptiPerl?  Often times, I have a file open in OptiPerl and decide to check it out from source control.  Right now, I have to close the file in OptiPerl and re-open it to make it read-write.

Answer:
This is kind of hidden, but in the tools / Customize toolbars, in the "File" category a command exists "Reset all permissions". You can move this to a toolbar, or assign a shortcut to. This does exactly this.
